We do three things really well

Event Production

With strong partnerships with some of the best suppliers in the industry, we can expertly advise and select the best people for the job from technical production, set build, fabrication, digital engagement and programming, streaming and show production. We pride ourselves in pulling together complex shows and ensuring every element is taken care of to provide a central point of contact for high-quality produced events.

Thinking

Sometimes, you might just need us to get off the ground. Or you may only require our services to help consider how best to approach a new opportunity or challenge. We often work by not getting involved in the full event, but consulting or providing management services which span across the whole event spectrum. 

Enlivenment

Working in the public realm for brands, land owners, properties and brands. We know how to pull audiences, provide meaningful and rewarding experiences which lead to big results. We work with partners in PR and entertainment to ensure a fully integrated offer.

How our skills are used

  • We create experiences that will bring people closer together and create a strong community image. For brands, we design and execute campaigns to public and private audiences.

  • We have extensive experience in both corporate and public facing events from a boutique private dinner for 10 to Festivals and corporate events for over 10,000 attendees.

  • Usually as part of wider service but often as an isolated service, we plan, tender, work with licencing and Health & Safety to  prepare movement and management.

  • We work with new and existing venues who wish to prepare and manage space for the use of events.  

  • For conferences and shows, we can build and manage content that holds the room. We work with creative production and technical teams and manage the process and people throughout. We also work with  artists, speakers and talent prior to and for live events to make sure those on stage feel great.

… our team has grown up in world of events, running venues, corporate shows, experiences and everything in between. As teams change, live events become more complicated and with every brief demanding excellence, we know what we do inside out. From the teams in hi-vis closing the road to the artwork files needed and all the way up to curating spectacular, safely run, banging shows. 

We’re a small team and we do A LOT, but we are not alone. 

We always project lead the events we run, it’s our priority. But we let partners do what they do best alongside us. 

We don’t claim we do it all ourselves, so here’s how we do it: 

  • We work with amazing creatives, and we know the best from working with so many of them

  • We use expert teams to amplify for us - PR, social and influencer media, as well as website creation, are done by experts in their field

  • We have a semi-in-house production team and warehouse that look after technical production, CAD planning and tricky stuff. 

  • And a team of favourites who step in as production directors, print experts, H&S heroes and other good all-rounders.
